Google cements itself as a serious smartphone challenger
The Pixel Fold is unveiled at last.
Last night smartphone and technology enthusiasts were spoilt rotten as Google announced at their flagship I/O event the device that many of us have been eagerly waiting for. The Google Pixel Fold. Google's first endeavour into folding smartphone territory. When any new cutting-edge technology is released the team here at My Ameego our devilishly licking our lips over the possibilities of accessories on the horizon.
A goldmine of budget technology
This announcement also comes loaded with the official release of the Google Pixel 7a which is available for preorder now at £449 in the UK, and not only that but the Google Pixel Tablet, too, at £599. It's safe to say that this has their competitors vigorously tapping their pens and craning their stiffened necks over the smartphone industry toilet cubicles.
Samsung slightly shook, Huawei hesitant
Google's budget line-up now ensures some gamely competitiveness with one of the other big names in the business, Samsung, who have been coasting along rather serenely up until this point with their impressive Galaxy Fold Z sales, with the only other real rival being that of the well regarded and sustainable Chinese player Huawei, with their Mate X series. Looks like you can safely add the Google Pixel Fold to that list now, too.
New products, new accessories of course!
The team here at My Ameego are always prepared for the latest tech drops. Watch this space for Google Pixel 7a, Google Pixel Fold and Google Pixel tablet cases and peripherals which are coming imminently and will be available to purchase in bulk at unbeatable prices.
