Returns Policy

  1. If My Ameego Ltd issues a returns number (RMA), the products in question must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and ready for resale within 5 working days from the exact date that the RMA was authorised.
  2. The customer is liable for any return costs of the products and My Ameego Ltd is not liable for any potential loss or damage of said items in transit. In some cases, depending on the reasonings for the return, this cost may be refundable.
  3. My Ameego Ltd will charge a restocking fee of anywhere between 10 - 35% depending on the precise particulars and details of each return case that is raised, also air freight charges are non refundable on pre-ordered goods imported by air from China.
  4. Credit notes will be issued to the amount totalling the previously agreed sale price of the individual products. These credit notes cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. Every product returns case will have an assessment period of 3-5 working days from the start date of the day that the issue was raised in order to validate the authenticity of the claim, whereby a decision will be made as to whether or not an RMA number is going to be supplied by My Ameego Ltd. 
  6. My Ameego Ltd has the right to deny an RMA number if our assessments performed by the returns department come to the conclusion that a return is not warranted in any particular case.
  7. My Ameego will not accept any returns without a RMA number.
