When will my order be processed and dispatched?

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 4.00 pm on the same day.

How much does it cost for delivery?

UK Orders up to 20KG are charged £10 + VAT UK Orders from 21KG to 35KG are charged £14 + VAT UK Orders from 36KG to 40KG are charged £17 + VAT UK Orders from 41KG to 50KG are charged £21 + VAT UK Orders from 51KG to 60KG are charged £25 + VAT UK Orders from 61KG to 70KG are charged £28 + VAT UK Orders from 71KG to 80KG are charged £32 + VAT UK Orders from 81KG to 90KG are charged £35 + VAT Republic of Ireland £20 + VAT for up to 10KG Europe £35 up to 10KG

When will I receive my order?

We use a tracked next working day before 12 pm courier service for the majority of our UK based deliveries however during busy periods (i.e. Christmas ) and unforeseen circumstances deliveries can take up to two days or more.

Are there any postcode restrictions?

Postcode restrictions apply to the following UK postcodes: AB BN BT CA DD DG FK IV KA KW KY M1 PA PH TD GY HS IM JE SW(15-19) TA TD TR(21-25) W1 WC(1-3) ZE(1-3).

Please note the following areas may take 3-5 working days: the Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, and the Shetland Islands.

When will I receive my order if I’m outside the UK?

This varies depending on your location. Please contact us for more information.

Which courier do you use?

The couriers we use are usually UPS and Royal Mail and we will supply your tracking number on request.

What happens if there is a problem with the delivery?

When receiving deliveries - you need to check you have received the correct number of boxes and they are not damaged. Any damage to be photographed and reported immediately.

What happens if I have a problem with my order?

If there is an issue with your order please let us know as soon as possible within 24 hours of receipt and we will do our best to resolve quickly and efficiently.
